I'd lose my DRM channels - HBO/Cinemax and the like but suspect I'd have a better system in the long run. Switching between channels in WMC was very fast compared to most of the alternatives. I've also got an original HDHR-US but it doesn't look like that's supported by Emby since it's not DLNA.
